Invention, coupled with reverence to classic notions of mixology, makes our cocktail bar special. Classical music, performed nightly on our High Salon stage, is what makes it unforgettable.
Live Music
Classically trained musicians perform, exploring new ways to combine classical, proven concepts, with "high" art, on our tiny-but-8-foot-tall stage. Our showcased musicians members of the Oregon Symphony, Eugene Symphony, Salem Orchestra, Newport Symphony Orchestra, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Opera Theater Oregon, and more.
Drinks, Food
Artful cocktails, including forgotten and regional classics, served alongside delicious local fare.

The Red Mendelssohn
Manhattan with Blood Orange Bitters. A Stradivarius was acquired for Mendelssohn when he was a teen -it’s whereabouts were unknown for 200 years- it is called the “red” mendelssohn because it looks like it was painted with blood)

Boulevardier- whiskey, campari, sweet vermouth– with added smoked corn husk ash
